Martyn Holmes brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in the aviation industry, complemented by a deep passion for the field. Beginning his career in engineering and service support at Rolls-Royce, Martyn has developed extensive expertise across multiple business functions, with a primary focus on
Sales and Marketing for more than two decades.
Since 2017, Martyn has successfully led Embraer’s European region, and in 2020, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Embraer Commercial Aviation. In this global leadership role, he has been instrumental in steering the business through the challenges of the pandemic and driving sustained growth. Leveraging his broad experience across Europe, Asia, the Americas, Australasia, and the Middle East & Africa, Martyn has established a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering business expansion.
