Dr. Duc Tuyen Ta is a seasoned AI leader and architect with over a decade of experience delivering transformative Generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise ML solutions across diverse industries. As Lead AI Manager at IBS Software’s Data and AI Centre of Excellence, he leads a team of senior and junior data scientists and AI engineers, defining AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and architecture while driving AI enablement across the organization’s product portfolio.

He holds his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Telecom ParisTech, France, where his research on intelligent communication systems and dense IoT networks resulted in academic publications and international conference presentations. His ability to distill complex concepts and communicate effectively, combined with a relentless passion for innovation, has made him a trusted thought partner across both technical and executive teams.

Dr. Ta brings to IBS Data and AI CoE a rare blend of scientific rigor, industry experience, leadership acumen, and a passion for solving high-impact problems through AI, co-designing AI-first architectural frameworks with security and governance built in from the ground up.
