Loyalty Program. Garcia
holds a degree in
Accounting Sciences
from Faculdades
Integradas Campos
Salles and an MBA in
Business Administration
from Pontifícia
Universidade Católica
de São Paulo.
His executive trajectory includes prominent positions in
large multinational organizations. At Embraer, where he
served as Executive Vice President of Finance and
Investor Relations since 2020, he consolidated his
expertise in strategic financial management. At
ThyssenKrupp, he held the position of Global CFO of the
Forged Technologies Business Unit, based in Germany.
Previously, he accumulated over eighteen years with the
Siemens Group, working across various business
segments, in addition to six years of managerial experience
with the ZF Group in Brazil. Garcia brings solid experience
in financial management, multinational operations and
stakeholder relations, solidifying his trajectory in leading
companies across their respective sectors.
