In July 2023, Manuel Irarrázaval joined Abra Group as the CFO (the leading air transportation Group across LatinAmerica). During 2021 and 2023, Mr. Irarrazaval was the Managing Director, Head of Latam Natural Resources Group (Energy, Power, Oil, Mining and Infrastructure) at Bank of America. Previously, he worked for 6 years as Country Executive - NoBraMex (Latam ex Brazil & Mexico) organizing the sub-region within Latam, bringing together BofA’s activities to 4 country offices such as Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru. For a span of seven years until June 2014, he served as the Country Head at Deutsche Bank, in Chile. Mr. Irarrazaval worked for 15 years in Endesa Group, becoming the CFO overseeing Endesa´s power generation business in Latin America. Prior to joining Endesa, he worked at Viña Santa Rita, one of Chile's largest vineyards. Since 2018 and up to 2024 Mr. Irarrázaval served as Board Member of “Círculo de Finanzas y Negocios” ICARE in Chile. And from 2019 until today, Mr. Irarrazaval is an Advisory Board Member of “Chile sin Cancer”.
He holds a Degree in MS, Engineering, from Universidad Católica de Chile and MBA, Business Administration (March 1988 to January 1994) and Management General, from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (August 1998 – May 2000).
